    Yes the first one should be to correct your posture. Stand erect and your chest a little puffed up, your hands at your hips, do it like this fellow:

    It helps to get the confidence for speaking in front of a crowd. Try it with a mirror.

    Try something that you have never done to get something that you’ve never got. It helps to get the confidence for every new thing that you face in your life.

  4. Chewing Gum

    Well, maybe not like this guy.

    It’s a psychological hack. It works because when we’re chewing our foolish brain thinks that “If I am in danger I’ll not be chewing anything” and Eureka! You’ve fooled your brain.

    We learn better be seeing and you can get a video from YouTube, Some good Hindi motivational speakers are Himeesh Madan, Sandeep Maheshwari etc. and English motivational speakers are Tony Robbins, Zig Ziglar etc.

  6. Appreciate yourselfdownload

    Even if it’s just a small test or a big race appreciate yourself every time you do well.

    Just say “Good work mate.”

    Really don’t care what people will say. Remember “If I’ll think what people think about me then what will people think”

    Try to talk with a new person every day. You might feel shy but don’t be. This is planet Earth, we all are humans. Talk about anything, this will help you to leave your shyness a mile behind.

  11. Keep motivational stuff around youself-confidence-quotes

    Stay motivated with good quotes. You have noticed that I’ve used some here.
